Traditional professional networks like LinkedIn are text-heavy and resume-driven, prioritizing job titles, years of experience, and follower counts over the actual creative work. This disadvantages designers, artists, programmers, and inventors who want to showcase their projects rather than their job history. It also leaves limited space for genuine collaboration: finding partners, raising funds, and growing ideas outside of institutional or VC pipelines is difficult.

Solution

A portfolio and project-based networking platform where visual work takes center stage.

Showcase: Creatives display their portfolios and projects visually, enabling opportunities to flow directly from their work rather than their resumes. Collaborate: UX/UI designers can find programmers to build their concepts, graphic designers can partner with inventors, and artists can connect with peers for shared projects. Fund: Projects can be funded by people, not VCs—similar to GoFundMe, but tailored to creative projects—giving creators financial freedom without compromising their purpose.

Outcome

Interlace creates a social network of equals, fostering collaboration, opportunity, and sustainable funding.
